NICET training keeps many engineers in the fire protection industry up to date on new codes and product innovations. AGF is pleased to announce that we have become a National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) recognized training provider.
AGF is excited to share our knowledge and assist Engineers with certification training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain their certification.
We recently launched AGFUniversity (AGFU) to share the knowledge our code and technical experts have gained in the last 30 years of designing and manufacturing innovative products.
Training Topics
As a manufacturer of code-compliant products, AGFU centers NICET training around fire sprinkler code and the products that meet that code while increasing efficiency and saving labor costs.
Some examples of common topics are Pipe Corrosion & Monitors, 2016 NFPA 13 Code Changes, and Dry System Freeze Protection.
Some other topics include Air Vents on Wet Systems, Preventative Maintenance, Product Specifications, and best practices.

Organize a short presentation at your location or chapter meeting (for groups of 10 or more) over lunch or a longer, more in-depth session.
Attending training at the training center we run in conjunction with General Air Products in Exton, PA. We have our products along with products from all the major device and head manufacturers set up for a day of hands-on training.
