Every product AGF makes is informed by feedback from professionals out in the field. Our products extend fire sprinkler system life and improve maintenance efficiency, but we also strive to provide a smooth experience for the contractors installing our products in the field.
We make installation easier with:
• Pre-Assembled Components
• Groove x Groove Connections
• Alternative Product Configurations
• Lockable Pressure Relief Valve for Hydrostatic Tests
AGF revolutionized the industry in 1986 with the introduction of the TESTanDRAIN Model 1000, a single valve that performs both the test and express drain functions to eliminate the 17 connections required by the typical loop.
Eliminate the need to go back and install the pressure relief valve after hydrostatic testing by utilizing AGF's new lockable pressure relief valves. Temporarily lock Model 7000L or 7200L closed to perform hydrostatic testing without removing the pressure relief valve from the system.
Piecing together a floor control assembly in the field can take time and require extra connections (i.e. possible leak points). AGF's RiserPACK line are pre-assembled floor control assemblies meeting NFPA 13, 13R, or 13D requirements. Various size, connection, and orifice choices provide the perfect option for your project.
NFPA 13 (2016) requires air vents on all wet pipe fire sprinkler systems to reduce corrosion caused by trapped air. PURGEnVENT Model 7930 includes an end cap, so it can be easily coupled to a new or existing system. The vent will then continuously vent air during system operation to help prevent corrosion over time.
Forget the frustration of building a drum drip from spare parts in the field. AGF's COLLECTanDRAIN Model 5300 pre-assembled auxiliary drains are made from quality materials and include integrated signage to meet NFPA standards. Water-detecting, heated, and automatic versions available.
Over the years, AGF has added more orifice, size, and connection options to their TESTanDRAIN inspector's test and drain valves than anyone else on the market. The newest addition to this line is smaller sizes of Models 2500 & 2511A with grooved connections. Groove x groove connections were already available on the 2" model, but are now available in 1" and 1-1/4" as well.
